The state of Pennsylvania requires an annual inspection of all motorcycles between the months of May and October. From November to April, no motorcycles are inspected anywhere in the state. If your bike’s inspection is expiring within 3 months, the state of PA adds 6 months to that date to match up with the inspection cycle.
